I have a question to all of my buddies trying to lose weight.
Did you notice any change on the amount of sweat you produced as you progressed on your workout levels or as you continue to lose weight?
Cause lately I am like a waterfall! And no. I'm not taking any supplements.

Increased ability of the body to regulate heat by increasing sweat is a normal response to increased fitness levels. It's also a normal response to heat acclimization in the summer.0

I could do more work, burn more calories, release more heat .... And sweat more!!!
Yay You!!
I'm happy you are working long and hard enough to break a good sweat.
That is awesome!0 -
Thank you for your reply and yes I am excited about my increased resistance when jogging.. But all that extra sweat can be a little annoying when I have to rush and take a shower to go to work.. Cause it takes foreverrrr to stop0
