    exercise is not required for weight loss.

    All you need is a calorie deficit.

    Exercise is for health and fitness.

    Calorie deficit=weight loss. Do the workouts you like and are comfortable with (cardio for the heart, strength/resistance training to retain muscle), but make sure your primary focus is on your intake.

    Lol, that would definitely help to keep you motivated, but is very much "location and exercise" dependant

    I love my long walks, starting to love running and adore my aerial yoga. and eating less/healthier foods so I have deficit and still feel full

    Calorie deficit is needed to lose weight. However exercise has many benefits ... do something that you enjoy as you will tend to stick to it as opposed to viewing it like a chore.
