    Just to say thanks for the inspiration and motivation. I'm just starting out and it seems like such an uphill battle, now you have helped to reduce that battle.

    8. The number on the scale is not the only thing that counts: Non-Scale victories (NSV)
    9. Find a mantra: "Change."
    10. Prepare for things to start changing:
