Hey, I'm new here. Trying to get fit for summer and stay fit. I'm on week 6 of p90x and its really kicking my butt, I've found a lot of people saying that week one is hard to get through.. It was a breeze for me. I've lost a lot of energy. I've been using WebMD's calorie and fitness counter but, this site is MUCH cooler.

    Hi, I just signed up this morning. I need to lose some weight to void diabetes. I also hope to just feel better, not so sluggish. I haven't been looking forward to dieting but this site will make it easier I'm sure.
