Every. Stinkin. Day. But I don't log it until my "low" has been maintained for several days so I know it's not a fluke.

IMO sometimes weighing in everyday helps people stay on track. i do every two three days so i don't lose focus and i do measurements to see both sides not just one. but life previously noted this is your journey and journal what ever works best for you. everyone is different.

I divorced my scale last month. He was an abusive lover. Played mind games and made me obsess about every little thing. So now I only see him when I have to (like if I'm going for a really long walk where I know I'll burn a TON of cals and need to update my HRM weight for accuracy)

Every morning works for me. I don't log it in until I lose a full pound, though. No sense logging a couple of ounces up or down every day, but I do keep it written down on a piece of paper at my desk. It's interesting looking back at foods on days I went up, and is especially fun on days I went down. This morning I was able to log in another pound gone. Yeeehaw!

I also weigh in every single day. I track it everyday too...losses and gains.

I do it once a week and only in the morning!! I think that I might need to do it less....maybe only twice a month!!! But I am not sure I can do that yet!!!

I step on my 'short friend' everyday... I'm addicted! I used to log every loss, but now I am only allowing a once a week log.

I've become quite compulsive with the scale:(. I weigh my self daily and lately throughout the day. But does anyone find you weigh a LOT LESS AT BEDTIME?? I weighed myself at 156 last night qt 10pm but this morning at 6 I weighed 163?? I'm sure IRS water but why does it go up so much while I sleep?

I weigh in daily (most of the time) to record it for my Libra app on my phone. It uses a trend line to show loss. I don't "officially" record a weight but once a week on MFP, however.

My scale never goes up in the morning. If I work out late, I'm usually the same weight in the morning but without a late workout, I'm usually at least a pound less. That seems strange. Are you eating real heavy at night?

I weigh-in officially once a week on Friday mornings (before heading into the weekend). The weekends can be a mixed bag at times!
