Setting activity level

Hello! I'm not sure what my activity level should be set at. I'm a care aide but I work in home support. I spend quite a bit of time driving from house to house but when I am helping my clients and am on my feet, rolling people on beds, getting up and down off of the floor. I'm leaning more towards sedentary, rather than lightly active, but I'm still unsure

I would set my activity level w/sedentary, but add the lightly active with the sedentary and divide by two and go in and change the macros in the system. That's what I did because I'm in the same boat; I retired late last year, but work out three days a week w/weights and 15 - 20 min of cardio. Also, I'm up and down at home doing various chores, etc.0

Stick with sedentary, and if you lose more than expected (discounting the water weight that jumps off in the first couple weeks), move up to lightly active.0

Thank you guys!0
