Does the fact that I prefer carbonated to still water make any diffference weight loss wise?
Yes I do know that the bubbles in it make me bloat a bit!

Doesn't it have sodium in it?
Just looked at an old bottle of one. None in there, but I thought for sure some did.0 -

It's not the bubbles causing bloat, it's the sodium. I too, am a carbonated water junkie. No flavoring, no additives, just bubbles. Check around, there are brands with no sodium at all. OR you can do what I did. I got a Sodastream soda-maker, and I carbonate filtered tap water. I like mine extra-fizzy.0

I'd be interested to know the answer to this. I drink it all the time. Its the only way I can make sure im drink 8 glasses a day as i get a bit bored of tap water all the time and tbh i know its not any good for me but i miss drinking coke so its kind of my fizzy substitute :laugh:0
