I find I am consistently not getting the amount of protein in on my low calorie days. I am on a reverse diet and am meant to be eating about 70g of protein a day and i would guess I average about 50. I eat twice a day usually except for on my eat up days when I have to reach 1800 calories (really hard to do for me unless i go to mcdonalds but hey y'know).

As it is my diet is working I am losing weight, the issue is i am only about 50% towards nailing the diet so I could use some help with getting closer to that!

But does anyone have any suggestions as to higher protein foods I can try? I usually have eggs for breakfast and meat of some kind and veges or salad or both for dinner.
