Monday Mini Challenge

200 Squats. 100 basic and 100 weighted.

If you can't do them all, do as many as you can. You can use anything for weights.

    You can use a can of soup or jug of milk or even water bottles.

    In! Hopefully I don't mess this up like last week. Haha. @Trinity36. I always see people suggest things like canned foods, or milk jugs? How heavy of weights do you want? hmm maybe fill plastic bag or those "green" fabric bags with different objects just for some weight?

    Finished! Almost forgot too! Oopsy. 100 normal. 100 with 5lb in each arm. Man I lost some shape! I was using 10 and 12 pounds at the gym a month ago!

    I got 100 without weights and then 15 with weights before my bad knee gave up. I guess this challenge was a bust for me. :grumble:
