    Slow Cooker
    Mini grater- great for shredded cheese- use Way less and get good coverage
    Bread maker- I bought one second hand for $10!

    Knives, obviously. Knives are almost always the answer to any "best" in the kitchen, lol. (And a good board for the knives kind of goes along for the ride.)

    Scale and food processor have to tie. I can't imagine making some things (like peanut butter) without the FP.
