Can you give me something really healthy and guna kick start my day for breakfast and go to be fulling ....i'm eat alot of minin chocolate weetabix is this good? Cos I'm not losing

I like to do soft scrambled egg whites cooked with green salsa on sprouted multigrain toast with 1/4 mashed avocado. Gives you protein, complex carbs and healthy, monounsaturated fat.0

I eat 1/3 cup steel cut oats with 1 cup of berries and 1/2 cup of almond milk every day. put berries oats water in the microwave for 3 minutes stir and pour milk on. yummy0

My go to is veggie omelet or poached egg with hot sauce, oatmeal with cinnamon, berries, chia and flax or greek yogurt with fruit and chia0
