    I'm 22 and I started a healthier lifestyle about 10 days ago, so I'm pretty new to this. I'm looking to lose a few pounds but most importantly gain muscle. I did my first two workouts of Starting Strength this week and I'd love to hear about some more high-protein recipes and see how well everyone else is doing. Please add me :)

    I want in on this :) im 22
    I mix it up between doing insanity and Zuzka Lights Z Cut Strength. Some times both. So generally an hour to an hour and a half work out. Which i easily stick with.
    I have a consistency problem with food though, ill eat good for 3 days and then on the fourth have a binge evening :/

    Hey, I'm 25 and getting back into shape so that I can stay healthy... I've gotten great results, despite working a desk job, with playing a ton of sports alternated with heavy lifting/bodyweight routines. I think that what's made the biggest difference has been changing my mindset - both concerning food and how I feel about myself.
    Foodwise, I steam everything haha. Chicken breasts, eggs, fish, and all sorts of veggies. It tastes good, and I'm lazy :blush:

    Hi! I'm 22 and, after gaining like 50lbs in college, I am trying to get healthy again. I lost twenty pounds between september and december using a really strict diet and then got off track but was able to maintain. I have 30 more pounds to go so I started using MFP to become more accountable. I've been lifting at the gym but I've been having a really hard time getting into any cardio, which I really should be doing. Any suggestions would be awesome! And feel free to add me! :smile:

    Hey! I'm in! I'm 20...I've had some weight fluctuations in the past and want to get my weight down to get some pressure off my joints and dance better. This group sounds awesome!

    Count me in :smiley: I'm 24 and just joined my local gym. I have been cleaning up my diet and doing a lot more cardio/group classes. I finally have the summer off and the time to dedicate to changing my life. Cooking isn't my favorite thing to do, but I am learning to enjoy it now that I have the time! Looking forward to swapping recipes!

    Hey! I'm 20. I lost about 50 lbs 4 years ago, and then gained 10 of those lbs back this past year from just living the typical university life.
    I lost 5 lbs this past month though, and aiming to get back to my old size before Aug. Feel free to add me :)

    Hi! I'm 21 :) would love to be a part of a group of people around the same age! I gained 30 pounds in college I'm trying to lose at 10-20. I love working out (weight lifting, anyway, cardio not so much) but eating right is a big challenge for me, especially since I'm still in college!

    Love this group! I'm in! I'm 28 and I just had my first baby! I gained 50 lbs during pregnancy (yikes) and I am working to get back to my pre baby weight! I have been doing crossfit for 6.5 years. Before I got pregnant I was a very clean eater and I am slowly getting back to that! I have lost 30lbs so far but these last 20lbs are coming off very slow!

    I've lost 47lbs so far but that was over the course of 3years.. I've since gained 10lbs and I'm desperate to get focused again :s

    I'm 26 and a newlywed and gained a quick 10 lbs leading up to the wedding and since the wedding (may 9th). Trying to get myself under control and get back in shape. I'd love to find more friends to stay motivated and share recipes !

    I think I just said that I'm 22 when applying for the group, but I turned 23 a few weeks ago... still hasn't sunk in, I thought I'd be 18 forever.

    I don't "eat clean" but def cleaner than before, that said if a glas of wine fits my calories, I'll have it (sometimes even when it doesn't fit). I've lost over 5lbs. in 5 weeks just working out en cutting out most alcohol (student life...). Definitely interested in sharing work-out though! :)
