Does this really work

Since the end of last summer I have been using calorie counters, first Lose it but then I switched to MFP because it had a few better features and a bigger food database. Since then I have lost almost 90lbs. It's a lifestyle change and MFP works to keep you accountable until good habits are achieved.0

Yes, but it takes time. Don't get discouraged just stick with it. Slow and steady and you'll stick with it forever. Make it a lifestyle change and not just a short term diet.0

Does MFP really work i need to loose 93lb0 -
I've lost 33 lbs since 3/8. 25 of it on MFP. I'm also in weight watchers - but I don't use it - I am trying to eat better (me), eat less (MFP), and exercise (me & MFP).0
