Since the end of last summer I have been using calorie counters, first Lose it but then I switched to MFP because it had a few better features and a bigger food database. Since then I have lost almost 90lbs. It's a lifestyle change and MFP works to keep you accountable until good habits are achieved.

Yes, but it takes time. Don't get discouraged just stick with it. Slow and steady and you'll stick with it forever. Make it a lifestyle change and not just a short term diet.

ive been looking at biggest losser uk but its£15 a month
Does MFP really work i need to loose 93lb
In my opinion MFP works because it's a good place for support and it gives you easy tools to work with in terms of tracking your food and exercise. The bottom line remains the same' eat less move more. I would save my money and use the free services here.

I've lost 33 lbs since 3/8. 25 of it on MFP. I'm also in weight watchers - but I don't use it - I am trying to eat better (me), eat less (MFP), and exercise (me & MFP).

It works. I've lost 33 pounds on here.
I do the biggest loser bootcamps at my gym and that also helps.
