Do you have any recommendations for me? Looking for an easy workout that would burn a lot of calories, but I have balance issues because of a condition similar to Parkinson's.. Thanks for any ideas!0

Hi becky can you skip ? Skipping is one of the best excersises for calorie burning also helps build motor skills.
alternatively small stepper excersise are perfect as with balance issues you can use a pole for reassuring.
Star jumps
jumping jacks (small step)
Squats (jumps)
Jogging (one of the best )
Any of these can promote weight lose and burn fat.
