It just does not want to go away!

So since last Sunday I have been fluctuating up and down with the same .8 of a pound. Now I know weight loss isn't linear and that this does happen. I am not freaking out and I have tightened up on my logging and food weighing. My question is:
What do you do when you have just a little bit of pesky weight that refuses to go away and keeps coming back?

It's been a week. Be patient and make sure you are weighing/measuring everything and doing accurate logging.0

I'm glad my scale isn't digital! I don't need to know about .8 lb loss. Just the overall downward trend. Be patient.0

I wait longer than a week before asking why I haven't lost weight.0

Be patient. It has only been a week. Just keep on track and wait awhile... Sometimes a few weeks.
I went back and forth 1/2 lb for a month before my weight started going down again.0 -
Patience & realizing weight loss isn't linear.0

Thanks for your quick responses everyone but as I said in my post I know that this happens and its nothing to worry about. I'm not freaking out at all! I was just wondering if anyone had anything they personally did to keep the frustrations away.
Also I would like to add that I am not asking why I haven't lost weight as I am not concerned at this point. I do apologize if this came off as another one of those plateau threads that we see a million of everyday.0 -

Lol I guess Dori has it right.
I have decided to treat myself to a new pair of jeans. I was going to wait until I lost a bit more, but since my body is being stubborn and hey 22 lbs is something to be celebrated0
