im losing weight eating healthy & going to boot camp 3x's a week, but it seems like the belly fat is moving rather slow! i need help

    You can't pick where it comes from or spot reduce. As you lose fat, it comes from everywhere and it will eventually come off your belly.

    You can't spot reduce. Genetics determine where fat comes off. All you can do is keep eating at a deficit.

    sadly it'll just come off where it wants to, you can't force your body to lose from a particular spot. abdominal fat is also the last to go for me and it's maddening >X|

    diet is key!! increase cardio/HIIT & make sure you're eating in a deficit
