    I like nonfat plain Greek Yogurt with honey and Chia seeds for a high protein, healthy fat breakfast... or an English muffin with peanut butter and fruit on the side if you want some carbs in there

    Farina with a bit of cheese mixed in (similar to how you might make polenta or grits)... I only about 200 calories, and it keeps me full for ages.
