If it works how come you need it a third time? Not being smart, a genuine question.0

How long 'till this get's dirty, and the thread gets closed?0

Very good question I ask myself all the time. Well for me I kept cheeting and eating unhealthy things. I wasn't taking it seriously. I would start loosing the weight then think its OK to cheet, then once I did I figured oh well let me just eat bad for the rest of the day. Then it became hard to start again. I just had a baby and of course there is extra weight that i need to lose and I said to myself that this time it not a diet its a lifestyle change0

Lol. Poon.0

You don't need some magic cookbook or website. Simply track your calories, be accountable, workout and it's simple.0

No cookbook or website. And I don't have to track calories but I do. It's all about eating clean0

I don't know. I just looked it up. Among the many claims: certain foods cause weight gain in the abdominal region. Other foods will reduce belly fat. Hum.0

Is it heavy on fish tacos?0

If this is your third time around, it clearly isn't something that is realistic for you long-term. Wouldn't it be a better idea to just adjust your mindset, try calorie counting and still eat foods you love within your calorie goals?0

Oh, it's just male bovine excrement.... answered my own question.0

I agree with others, if this is a program that worked so well for you, you wouldn't be compelled to "cheat".
Also LOL at myself, cheating on the Poon diet. Tee Hee.0 -

Your Googling is a lot braver than mine.0 -
No counting calories?
So the Poon diet is all you can eat? Sounds good to me.0 -
All laughs aside..OP, why don't you just count calories so you can control over what you eat? Maybe you'll be more successful0
