Need to lose 40 lbs and get fit to keep up with adorable grabdbabies

    It's only a matter of time before I'm a grandma. I'll be 42 in September. My sister who is 5 years younger than me is due to be a grandma the day after my birthday. LOL

    How many grandbabies do you have? Maybe you could take them on walks to help you lose weight and get them tired.

    I have 5 boys aged 21, 18 (19 next month), 9 year old twins, and 5 (6 in September). They really tire me out. Especially, the twins who fight and yell at each other constantly.

    I started losing so I could play, swim and bike with my grandkids! (Age 8 and 15 mos) I just turned 63 and have lost 31 lbs. I have been stalled for a few months, but I know why (I go over my goal at least twice a week). You can do it! I mostly walk or swim. I XC skied, downhill skied and snowshoed with our older grandson this winter and it was a blessing and a blast! Go for it!! You're only young once!
