Struggling with the same 15kg

i am in a rut. I lost those 15 in few months then fall off the wagon and back to square one.the cycle is frustating

  I hear ya! I struggled with the same 15 for years too..... Now I've completely fallen and pushed it to 30!! Oh well, done it once can do it again
