I was failing in a diet class which was making no sense as I was trying hard. Decided to take charge and count calories and I am losing weight well but manage to have a yummy dinner everyday! Today lamb rogan josh with brown rice n poppadoms

Good for you! Makes it easier when you realize you can lose without feeling totally deprived.

Need to see the weight coming off too, was frustrating to be losing then gaining 1 lb on Weight Watchers

Losing a little then gaining a little used to frustrate me as well. Weight often fluctuates. Taking body measurements every few weeks is a more accurate indicator of your progress than the scale. Logging foods on MFP and remaining in a calorie deficit has helped me so much. Drinking mainly water and saving up calories during the day = being able to enjoy a hearty, yummy dinner. :)
