Need to see the weight coming off too, was frustrating to be losing then gaining 1 lb on Weight Watchers0

Losing a little then gaining a little used to frustrate me as well. Weight often fluctuates. Taking body measurements every few weeks is a more accurate indicator of your progress than the scale. Logging foods on MFP and remaining in a calorie deficit has helped me so much. Drinking mainly water and saving up calories during the day = being able to enjoy a hearty, yummy dinner.0
