    I'm in Stirling, got a goal weight in mind but ideally just trying to get fit and eat healthily. I'm 24 and I'm not ready to give up pub lunches and weekends with mates! Feel free to add :)

    Glasgow here...have been logging for about 50 days...lost a stone in that time.
    I'm a mum of 3 very young kids...so my struggle is finding time to exercise.
    I've managed to lose 4 stones from when my twins were born in October 2014.
    Trying to get into my healthy BMI range...going to have a 'Dry July ' to help me in my mission as alcohol and snacking as a result of having a drink are holding me back!
