    Probably some form of squat.

Gun against the head? Probably go with front squatting.

Front squats are sometimes a forgotten lift. I injured my shoulder and front squatted due to necessity for about a year. Now I'm back squatting I still enjoy a good front squat :)

Deadlifts, b/c awesome. Barbell rows, b/c awesome.
I just can't bring myself to like barbell rows. I do them begrudgingly though...

    same.

Probably OHP as it's my strongest lift.

I'm surprised at the number of deadlift responses. Sadly, I had to give them up over a year ago - too many lower back injuries.

Yep. Front squats are challenging, but an essential part of any leg program, IMO.

    Deadlifts
    Weighted pull-ups

Honorable mention to paused bench press.

Favorite lift that no one does... GHR.

Hmmm, Dead-lifts first and then Bench Presses. I'm at 200 and 100 respectively. It's coming along nicely as are my callouses.

    Hey there stranger!!!

Squats ... because I'm good at them and they make me feel like a powerhouse. I am starting to really love Snatches too - gotta respect anything that takes me this much work and time to learn!

I did no back squats at all Jan-May this year and just did front squats because I like them much better. I'm back to back squats a bit but FS are definitely my preference. (Still will never consider squats to be a favorite exercise though  )

I do them as an accessory on days when i have more time and feel like I need a little some thing something extra. I unfortunately don't get to do them very often- they keep threatening to bring the actual stand in for them- I use some sort of lat pull down equipment currently.

I'd be tickled pink if they brought in the actual one for them!!! Although- I feel like no one would know what to do with it LMAO.

I rarely see anyone at my gym using it... but when I do, they are doing low back hypers.

flat bench for me, love it. or lat raises. love them as well.

This. Love lateral raises. The burn is what gets me. The powerful feeling after a good bench session is one that compares only with that of a deadlift session.

Bench, Deads and Lateral Raises. Top 3 no order.

Deadlifts and pullups. Anything for back really. Squats too. Deads are number one though

Any of the big compound lifts really...squats, deads, bench, military press. I love putting all of my physical and mental strength into it, builds character ;)

Bench is my all time favorite. I also really like bicep curls, military press, and shrugs.
another interesting question might be which exercise you hate the most. For me, pretty much anything with abs.

Not a fan of abs either but so important since the core is the foundation of everything. Abs are the only exercises I feel I have to force myself to do. With ya there!

We have one - I haven't done GHRs in ... I don't remember how long.

I've never seen anyone (besides myself) use it for a "true" GHR - one woman was kinda doing it, but only going to 45º - so I guess a hyper extension (even though we have two stations for that). A few others do situps on it. Whatever.
