I had to go back to June 1st to find if you've ever logged food. Skip the fat burner and detox tea. Log your food accurately, then come back and ask for someone to help you. Nobody can help you if you have a blank diary.
Yeah I went back and looked, logging is spotty as hell. Many of the days seem like they might be incomplete, and if they're not then there's been a lot of under eating going on. O_o0 -

Haha. Apparently you can log it. Of course, it's MFP!! There's a generic entry for "crap-one shovel". It'll set you back 500 calories though. I guess you'd have to add 120 or so more for the bread, too. Lol.0
