I want strawberries... but i'd like them hot!!
Anyone know any recipes for cooking strawberries that doesn't have lots of kcals or lots of sugar??

Cooked fruit takes away all of the nutrients that you would get if eating fresh or raw.0

strawberries, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, splenda.... I don't remember the whole recipe.0 -

Try pouring diet sunkist on them and baking them in the oven, I've heard this works with apples.0

That goes for veggies as well BUT saute veggies is the best. You really don't lose any of the nutrients vs. boiling or steaming. Steaming is better then boiling. Do you ever notice that the water is slightly the color of the veggie you boil? All of your nutrients are in that water and most likly evaporated. I was told that since fruits are softer, for some reason when they are cooked they lose all of their nutrients no matter how you cook them.0
