Oh well I'm back on here. After finding out my girlfriend has been cheating on me for three months I think it's time for a new me, new Year and new start. Yayyyyy

    Sorry to hear about your ex, but understand it has nothing to do with you. My ex cheated on me after 5 years with his best friends wife, and it took me awhile to realize that there was nothing that I could do. Glad you want to better your life, but make sure it's strictly because you want to be healthier! Good luck!

    Hello there, thank you for reply, oh yes it is as I was always feeling bloated and not happy in myself.think this has been a kick up the backside I needed. Sorry to hear about your experience. It's very hurtful, either makes us or breaks us.
