Hi guys! My name's Tierra!
I'm just recently starting to use this app again since I've hit a plateau woth my weight. I'm not unhappy with where I am but I just wanna become more muscle and a lot less body fat! I do weight training every single day except for Wednesdays which is my cardio and core day, I've been increasing the amount of cardio but I do know that I need to get my diet back on track! So a little motivation on here would be awesome and I'm always willing to help anyone out! I want to become a certified personal trainer as well as a nutritionist! So that's me!!!
