Over 50 Group - Recruiting New Members

    We just hit 160. We also added a new co-leader, marekdds. She has lost over 80 lbs and has maintained it for over 3 yrs on MFP.

    More than 200 active members! That put's us in the top 2% and one of the top 25 most active groups in all of MFP. Thanks to all of you that contribute regularly and invite your friends. We're old to some, but we just keep getting better!

    Hi, I am Suzy and would like to join, I am 49 and don't lose weight like I did in my 20's. I just read you have members from 40 to 80 so I guess that makes me in the range:)

    I want in I'm 50 am loving it feel better than at 40 ...... Currently 12 stn want to lose a couple of pound an then maintain but continue with exercising .
