i feel like there might be something wrong with me. I exercise daily, I eat healthy, I drink plenty of water but the weight is stubborn and will not come off! I have tried everything but nothing works...
Does anybody here suffer with PCOS? I am displaying similar symptoms (like the weight gain, extremely irregular periods-haven't had one since Jan 20015!) I have booked an appointment with my doctor but I need some advice in the short term until I can get a proper diagnosis

I'm 18, I've always been slightly chunky but in the last year or so I've just ballooned. My sister has PCOS so there is a history of it in the family but she is the complete opposite, it's impossible for her to gain weight! Lucky sod0 -

If you have gained weight, this will make PCOS symptoms much worse (not the other way). Since you are only 18, have ballooned and do not have a period for months, I need to ask the obvious: have you taken a pregnancy test?0 -
