Well, assuming that people just want to lose weight, your answers might be correct. But if the goal is to be healthy and/or have better workouts, some of the questions have more complicated answers that are correct.

@TimothyFish : She is addressing the "Questions" that continue to appear in the forums on a more frequent basis. And in my opinion, they are all spot on as even you are trying to over complicate something so simple.

Until individuals can get consistent with the majority of the information provided by OP, then they shouldn't be focusing in on other things. We call this "Majoring in the Minors."

yeah, Fishy. Read it 2x. Take a picture, even.

Question: What should I eat for breakfast?
Answer: Food - any kind of food that fits into your goals and that satisfies you, if eating breakfast is your goal. Otherwise, you don't have to eat breakfast.

Question: What should I put into my oatmeal?
Answer: Things you like to eat that taste good in oatmeal.

Question: How should I prepare my tuna?
Answer: In the way that you prefer your tuna. With mayo or without. With salsa or without. With onions or without.

Question: I'm on my period and I want to eat chocolate??!?!
Answer: Eat chocolate if it fits into your calorie goals, and you want it. Do not eat chocolate if it doesn't fit into your calorie goals. Or do.

Question: I have terrible cramps, should I work out?
Answer: If you think you can, and you want to, you should. If you'd rather take the day off, you should.

Question: I'm going to a restaurant, what should I DO??!
Answer: Make reasonable choices that fit into your calorie goals. Or don't.

Question: I'm doing everything right, but I'm not losing weight - WHY?!
Answer: You're not actually doing everything right. You're likely not weighing your food at all and/or are overestimating your calorie burn. Step back and take an honest look at what you've been doing.

Question: Should I have a cheat day?
Answer: Sure, if you'd like. Or don't.

Question: Should I do this detox/cleanse/fad? My Aunt did it and lost like 86 pounds.
    Answer: No.

Question: Is sugar making me fat?
Answer: Too much food makes you fat. You might be eating too much food with sugar, because it tastes good, but the sugar itself is not making you fat.

Question: Can I eat carbs and still lose weight?
Answer: Yes, providing you remain in a calorie deficit.

Question: When should I start lifting weights?
    Answer: Yesterday.

    You're all welcome.

Well, assuming that people just want to lose weight, your answers might be correct. But if the goal is to be healthy and/or have better workouts, some of the questions have more complicated answers that are correct.

Instead of incessantly criticizing what other people take the time to post, perhaps you should try to add something useful to the boards yourself.
