I hope you like this recipe. Please let me know, I also have others.
    21/2 cups of skim milk
    pinch of salt to taste
    2 cups quick cooking oats
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons agave nectar (natural sweetener)
    1 ounce bittersweet (60%-70%) chocolate
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
    1/4 cup mini-marshmallows
Heat a medium sauce pan over medium high heat. When hot add milk and salt, if desired and bring to a boil. Add oats, vanilla and agave. Stir until combined. Cook until oatmeal has thicken, about 5 min. Add the chocolate and stir until it has melted. Remove from heat. Serve the oatmeal in bowls and top with toasted walnuts and mini-marshmallows. 10 grams of fat 327 calories. Omit the walnuts and save 48 calories per serving.

    Thanks! Sounds fantastic!

    I have it!

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
One 25-calories packet hot cocoa mix
    Dash Salt
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
2 teaspoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
1/4 sheet (1 cracker) low-fat honey graham crackers crushed

    Directions

Combine oats, cocoa mix and salt in a nonstick pot on the stove.
Add Almond Breeze and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer.

Cook for 12 to 15 mins., stirring occasionally, until very thick and creamy.

Remove pot from heat. Add 1 teaspoon chocolate chips and stir until melted.

Transfer to bowl and top with marshmallows, crushed graham cracker, and remaining 1 teaspoon chocolate chips. Enjoy!
