And have cheat days that include nothing Paleo, please know that you will feel super gross, bloated and overall sluggish!

My first cheat day in my 50 days of Paleo and I feel absolutely disgusting. I am so ready to get back on track tomorrow.

Just a word of caution. Eating clean is the way to go.

I always wash my vegetables and fruits. Is that clean enough?

Word of caution: moderation and enjoying food you like is the way to go.

Are you guys serious or are you joking about, "clean eating"? I suppose that there are countless out there who think that if their Cheetos don't fall on the floor, then that's clean eating. Google it, would you?

Google what? The ten second rule? I would still eat them after that, tbh.

My interpretation of "clean eating" is eating foods that have not been factory processed. So basically you would homestead. Grow, can, and preserve your own food. Have some cows, goats, pigs, and chickens for milk, eggs, and meat. So you would sustain yourself and family off of what you can grow, forage, or hunt.

That's what I think of when I hear clean eating. I grew up on a farm and it is way to much work for me. The animals and crops need to be taken care of every day, no days off, no vacations.

That's why I eat everything in moderation, so I never have to worry about that bloated, gross feeling.

    Ditto.

I don't understand why you would want to "cheat" yourself.

A drastic change in diet will cause digestion issues for everyone. Doesn't matter what the change in diet actually is. Correlation != causation.

PS clean eating is a myth.

eating foods I enjoy so I can sustain my weight loss is sad?? I mean, you don't even know what foods I enjoy, so please enlighten me as to why it is so sad.
OP is speaking of paleo, so are you saying those who don't follow paleo are sad? I guess my tuna and hummus on pita bread with a cold glass of milk this afternoon is sad.
