Sugar Free or Low Sugar Desserts

I'm not very impressed by jello sugar free pudding. They are much better with extras added to them. The chocolate is greatly improved by adding a spoon full of cocoa before the milk. The vanilla or white chocolate is much better with banana or berries.0

I have a great peanut butter cookie recipe it calls for a tablespoon of sugar that you could leave out.Two Graham crackers crushed two tablespoons peanut butter one egg one teaspoon milk oné teaspoon baking powder mix bake at350 for 10 minutes! I have made these without baking powder I like them without baking powder!! U can decide!0

i keep it simple sometimes
Just black cherry sugar free jello ( 5 calories or 20 for the whole pack)
and some frozen fruit. i poor the jello over it..yummie
And what i also do with this is that i put it in the freeze and it makes a great ( water) ice cream with fruit in it.
As dessert i just do 1 serving with some yogurt
low calorie and still yummie0 -

Google "low carb mug cakes" there are tons of them you mix and microwave straight away that are very good.0

I see a few people posted above with some nutritional information of deserts. Please notice food that are advertised low in sugar/fat/carbs etc are usually then supplemented with something else. In those examples above the sodium levels are very high for the size of meal! This will increase dopamine produced in your brain (the pleasure centre) and create addiction to these tastes.
Stick to healthy whole foods like fruit and nuts!0 -

i eat salt less ( so no adding salt to my food) But if you have no medical problems there is nothing what keep you from using them.
And for everything the rule is moderation and portion control is the key!
There are no bad and good foods...only TOO MUCH foods harm you.
The whole discussion about stick to healthy foods is so 90's...lol
Just balance ....that is important!

sugar free pudding mixed 50/50 with whipped cream (make your own and don't add sugar). Its not low cal...but its FABULOUS. Or you can mix it 50/50 with cool whip for a lower cal version, but I don't like it as much.0

Sugar free cool whip
1 pack of fiber 1 pudding mix
3 table spoons pb2
2 table spoons skim milk
Mix all together and it take like a peanut butter moose. It does not take much to get your fix so each serving has about 80 cal and it's high in protein and fiber as well.0 -
1carton of heavy whipping cream whip to almost firm add a packet of sugar free jello mix or pudding mix whip until firm separate into cups and fresh fruit it's yummy taste like a mousse0

1 cup peanut butter of your choosing
1 cup sugar or sugar substitute for baking
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Mix, roll into balls, bake at 350 for 10 minutes. You can make the pretty cross hatch fork marks after they come out if you want. Makes about 24. They freeze really well. And, I know you said sugar free, but if you melt some good quality dark chocolate and drizzle it over the tops of the cookies with a fork so you get just a little of the flavor of it, plus maybe a sprinkle of sea salt...you'll thank me.0 -
Berries are my favorite low sugar dessert. I'd rather save up for full sugar versions of decadent sweets, even if it means having small servings or only having them occasionally.0

These banana pops are good. No added sugar,just what is in the fruit & chocolate. You can cut these into any size you like. I cut medium bananas in half.

I made fruit ice cream. All you do is put fruit in the freezer until frozen. Then put it in the blender with any flavorings you like. I put a tablespoon of Internation Delight Sugarfree Fat Free and some vanilla. The fruit was sweet enough or I would add a little sweetener. Blend until smooth and it is delish! It's my new go to for something sweet. Hope you all enjoy.0
