    Hi Everyone - I am from Florida and need to get my BMI down so hubby and I can start our family! We are both trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. After years of trying to conceive and some financial ups and downs, we were awarded an IVF scholarship from a non-profit organization and in order to make the most of our (possibly) one and only shot at having a family, I need to make some healthy lifestyle changes and drop some pounds and get my BMI within a more reasonable range! Any tips, motivations, recipes, etc are greatly appreciated!
