Hi all,

I found out I won the "most lost" portion of the postcard challenge 21 - woohoo! Thanks to bkrbabe57 for running that and congrats to Iamstaceywood for losing the highest percentage! :drinker:

Let's keep the momentum rolling and get right into the next challenge. Post your starting weight today Thurs. May 19, then again Thurs. May 26 just to check in, and finally Thurs. June 2. The winner(s) of this round will get a post card from Laurel, MD if I can find one lol - more than likely you'll get one from Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD though :) The person with the highest weight loss will then run round 23.

Feel free to post any goals for the next 2 wks if you want, too!

May 19 weight: 234.0
Goal: Work out 60 min/day 5-6 days/week.

    My friend Learning2LoveMe told me about this. I'm in.

    May 19th weight: 239.4
    Goal: To finally lose! Been stuck since I hit 239 and can't get my eating under control. So hopefully extra motivation will help. :)

    I'm in again. This keeps me moving in the right direction.

    Starting weight 150
    Goal weight 147 for a full 100 pound loss!!!!

    Mini goals DRINK MORE WATER
    lose a half an inch on my waist and hips

    I'm in again! Starting weight as of this morning is 214.

    Goals: Keep on walking, working on upping my water intake, and to hopefully get out of the 210's.

    Didn't weigh this morning but I'm going with my last weigh-in = 181.5lbs.

    I hope it is not too late to join, today's weight 226.8.

    Goals are to lose 5 pounds (have a reunion coming up here really quick!)
    eat more fish and more fruit
    exercise at least 5 times a week!!!

    By the looks of your goals you guys have some really major milestones coming up. We can do this!! :)

    I want to join to. Last two weeks were hard for me. I really need some extra motivation.

    Starting weight: 150 lbs

    I really want to go for a run four times a week. I've been trying to work out every day but at the end of the week I'm so demotivated I just can't stop eating cookies. :s

    At 158 still, but it's TOM and I did go up a couple of pounds but came back down to 158. I've been more on track this week though, which is great! Haven't been going to the gym as much because of crazy work hours, but I have been working out on my elliptical instead. Fingers crossed to get to 156 by next Thursday! Or even 157 haha.

    Hey all! How was everyone's first challenge week? I'm at 232.2 this morning, so down 1.8lbs from last week - which I'll take regardless, but especially b/c of TOM!

    Not doing well at all.

    Completely my own doing!!! But I'm off work for half-term (13 days!!!!) and I'm going to up my game - more exercise and better food choices!

    I have the same weight as last week, but since I went on a short holiday with my inlaws, I'm glad I did not gain. This week: running and swimming!

    Maybe she lost most percent and was confused thinking she won? I dunno. Weird.

    Well I'm down 2 lbs and then TOM came and now I'm back up 2 lbs. :grumble: :mad:
