Hi :-)

My name is Stephanie. I am 27 years old and from Germany.
The reason why I am here is what happened four years ago when I started my vocational training.
It was a very stressful time to say the least and I did the wrong thing in such situations... comfort eating.
All in all I gained 20 kg and haven´t lost them ever since.
My motivation is to simply get back to my old weight to feel better about myself and to fit
into my old clothes again.
Hope that I can achieve my goal and to meet some nice people along the way.

    Hi I have been doing this for 3 weeks and lost 8lbs already. it is a rgeat site with plenty of good information and a good place to see other likeminded people who have the same positive goal -- to get something back for themselves. Add me as a friend if you like.
