    Both look fantastic, but I think with the darker hair, you see how pretty you are first. With the blonde hair, you see the blonde hair first.

The brunette doesn't add more to your beauty, it just showcases your existing looks, whereas the blonde look adds to your existing looks (this is not always the case for everyone, for example, Angelina Jolie is better brunette.) To put it another way, it is like wearing make up and not wearing make up, the make up is the blonde hair.

    you look younger as a blonde, but I think darker hair suits you better, though both work,
    id go with blonde with random coloured highlights, like pink, just cause its fun and you look young enough so you can pull it off
