    I started using it friday however ive been so busy i haven't had time to fill my food diary out properly. I'm sure it will help a lot! Good luck with your journey! X

    Thanks ..It is beautiful im 5mins from beach although im not in warm part off austalia still love it

    Very lucky, i live 40 minutes from my CLOSEST beach lol. Make the most of it when the warmer weather arrives!!
