I am new here!

hi everyone!
This is my first time doing anything like this, and although I've never been hugely overweight, I've wanted to become slimmer my whole life and am very excited to be getting on with it :)
I currently weigh around 141 pounds which I know is not particularly overweight, but I am hoping for a career in dance and musical theatre so being a few pounds lighter would be very beneficial to me!
I'm hoping to lose 15-20 pounds so I can finally look how I want to look, plus make it easier for any guys who need to lift me during dance class ;)

    My daughter dances and loves it. I tell her to strengthen her core and legs, plus keep up on cardio. Nutrition. Is very important too. Feel free to add me.
