Top- and side-of-page ad: Burger and bottomless fries

I was mildly and a bit sourly amused to see that the ad at the top and side of the page just now was "Burger and bottomless fries, $6.99!"

the ads you see have nothing to do with MFP. they're generated by your browsing history and other internet usage statistics.0

I can always tell what my husband was searching when I log on. It's usually car parts or musical instruments. For me, it tends to be crafty stuff. Kind of scary that Google knows...0
