Looking for Pals on Their Way to Losing 100 lbs, Lift Weights, and Count Macros (flexible eating)

I've been with MFP going on 2.5 and had lost 50 pounds, 3-4 dress sizes, and many inches about a year ago. Subsequently I began to gain 15-20 lbs over about 6 months or so.. seems like it came on suddenly but I went on several vacations.
Surprisingly enough I didn't gain a whole dress size; clothes just fit tighter. I have 10 to go to get back to my leanest and then at least another 50-60 give or take.

I have been lifting weight/strength training from almost the very beginning and also incorporate cardio via HIIT and LISS mostly with various machines. I also started counting macros last summer/fall and then stopped for awhile and back to doing it again because it works well for me; flexible eating is the only way to do this long journey in a sane way.

I'm at a point where I'm looking for some support from people who are doing this similarly with similar goals/methods and are having success and want some support in return.

Looking forward to finding some people in the same boat. = )

Hey! Im in a similar situation. I was a happy size 8/10 and during the stress of undergrad school combined with working in a restaurant I gained a lot of weight and am wearing a size 18. I crossfit 5 or 6 days a week (serious emphasis on lifting and endurance workouts) and have been getting stronger in my workouts over the past 3 months. I struggle with eating clean. My roommate works in a Mexican restaurant and eats CRAP so it's a daily struggle. I count macros and have a gluten allergy so I am a little less flexible than most. I do no gluten no processed sugar. My main vice is wine. I drink a lot of it. Let me know if you have kik I would love to chat!

Hey!! Wow- no, I don't have kik- but I can look into getting it. I've struggled with the weight my whole life so I don't know what it's like to be smaller. Sounds like you're on your way!

I'm looking to lose a bit more over 100 lbs. I'm counting calories/macros and following a flexible diet. I'll add you on here. I also have kik if you're interested. We could keep each other accountable.

I'm in maintenance but still count calories and macros and did that to lose 140 lbs. Don't use kik but I check here often.

About 3 years ago I lost 130 pounds. Highest weight 335. By the end of grad school in May I had gained back to 240! Yikes...here I am again! I am determined to lose what I gained back...plus make it down to my goal this time! Feel free to add me if you like
