Hello :)
Would anyone be interested in a group challenge??

Rule's:
Workout 1 hour everyday
No food after 7pm
Drink 1 Gallon of water everyday

Choose one
plank challenge, squat challenge, pushup challenge for 30 days.+ your 1 hr workout.

    I'd be interested in a group challenge, but your rules won't work for me. I don't even start eating dinner until 7 pm. And a gallon of water a day??? Plus I need rest days, I cannot work out for an hour every day.

    My husband and I work past 7 and like to eat dinner. And we can't eat, drink, or pee during the day so...

    "Group challenges" with weirdly specific rules aren't my bag.

    How about:

    Decide how much exercise you want to do each week and stick to it
    Eat whenever you want
    Stay within your calorie allowance (weigh and log everything)
    Drink enough water
    Do a squat challenge or whatever if it's part of your exercise goal

    Post results :)
