I am still confused.. Do I get to eat back the calories that I have burned??
I am 54 yr old female 5'71/2 and I weigh 154 lbs.. Today for instance MFP says I have earned an extra 1008 calories that I get to eat. I have walked 11km outside. plus i have done an intense workout.
Do I stick with the1200-1500 calories that I have set to eat or do I eat extra calories. Am I eating too little at 1500 calories??????
please help

Eat them back, but only 50 to 75% of them. MFP overestimates calorie burns.0

I'm currently eating them back as we speak0

Do you want to have a deficit equal to what you set MFP at (0.5lb, 1lb, 1.5lb a week etc) or do you want to have a deficit that is 1008 Cal larger?
Yes, if you walk a couple of hours a day eating 1500 Cal seems a tad lowish... and you might get pekish!0
