How many calories should I be eating a day!

hello.
I'm not too sure how to calculate how many calories I should be eating but my information is that I am 21 years old, 5'5, 135 lbs, and I exercise as much as I can preferably 4 to 5 days a week. I wasn't to lose a few pounds but mainly tone up my body which I know I need the gym for that. If anyone could give me a rough estimate on how many calories to eat that would be awesome!
Thanks in advance (:

Plug your stats into mfp and based on the information you put in, it will tell you how many calories you need to eat daily to lose weight0

Here is the scooby calculator
fill in your stats and you know it

Enter your information under "Goals", and choose maintenance. This way you make sure that you get enough energy to fuel your workouts, and with the added exercise you might see a change in weight but most importantly in your body and measurements.0

I personally use the TDEE method to calculate. There are a few good calculators online -- I'd try to explain the method, but the calculator will do a much better job than I would, I'm sure.

Enter your details into MFP and set your weight loss goal for either 0.5lb per week or 1lb per week. It will give you a number, eat at that number. When you do cardio exercise and burn off calories, eat 50-7% of those calories back to allow for any inaccuracies.
Toning is losing.
