Hey there, my name is Sara and I am new to this app. I am 22 and sadly have already realized that fast metabolism doesn't always stick with you ;) I am not overweight by any means but I have gained some weight in the past few years. Enough to make me not like my body like I used to. I'm just trying this app out in hopes of losing a little bit of weight in a healthy way. Even ten pounds would make me feel so much better! My problem is I am insanely busy with school. I'm gone from 6 or 7am until 9pm Monday through Friday. So coming up with a routine exercise for myself is a bit challenging. I thought this app might help me with my calorie intake. I really want to work on eating better and controlling my portions. My problem with that is I am an extremely picky eater! It's quite embarrassing. So I just thought I would introduce myself and if anyone has any advice for me on a simple exercise program or foods I can make/buy that I will actually eat.....I am all for taking your words to heart! Thank you!

    Welcome Sara! It might be best if you had given salads a chance. Egg Salad, Potato salad, tuna salad, vegetable salad and so on. :) they are nutritious, it will keep you full for longer and you'll lose weight pretty fast if you keep within your calorie goal.
