Motivation!

Hi I'm Susan & I need motivation to exercise! I was doing really well & this past week it's been a fight to exercise!
My goals for June are to exercise 150 minutes per week. I did great in May & the 1st week of June but this week, no. Any help would've appreciated!! :)

    You've got to find something you like as no one on earth will motivate you to do anything you don't like. At least not for a sustainable while.

    This. What exercise have you been doing? Do you enjoy it, or does it feel a chore? Can you try something else?

    I've been mostly riding the recumbent bike at the gym & strength training 3 days a week. I like riding the bike! It's just the getting up & going! Guess I've got to develop a habit & take it from there.
