Hi I'm Susan & I need motivation to exercise! I was doing really well & this past week it's been a fight to exercise!
My goals for June are to exercise 150 minutes per week. I did great in May & the 1st week of June but this week, no. Any help would've appreciated!!

You've got to find something you like as no one on earth will motivate you to do anything you don't like. At least not for a sustainable while.0

I've been mostly riding the recumbent bike at the gym & strength training 3 days a week. I like riding the bike! It's just the getting up & going! Guess I've got to develop a habit & take it from there.0
