I'll add anyone who comments their favorite way to burn calories! My favorite way is to Zumba! Mostly I just use my elliptical though because there's no prep required for that, it's just there.

    I've been doing fitnessblender workouts on YouTube and I love it! I can workout at home with just my mat and my weights. They have short workouts, long ones, beginner or advanced. I'm doing their 5 day workout challenge this week!

    I use a machine that my trainer calls an Arc machine. I'm new to this whole gym thing so I'm learning.

    Strength training, running and playing softball. I pretty much love everything though.. zumba, yoga, boot camp, elliptical, swimming, etc. Its all fun and makes me feel good :)

    I like to jog/walk a mile up to Starbucks and get a glass of water, and then make the trip back. Gets easier every time.

    The upright stationary bike at the gym. It's the least popular machine there, but it's the closest I can get to riding my real bike indoors.

    Jogging!!. I jog for 30-35 mins on an empty stomach in the morning and 30 mins in the afternoon before my workout routine. I have seen results
