Hi. I'm about to be 19 and always been struggling with my weight and unhealthy eating habits such as both binging and starving. However, I decided to choose a healthier lifestyle. I am 5'3 and almost 150lbs, I'd like to lose about 30lbs. I don't judge anyone, I just would like to have determined active friends! So add me or comment and I'll add you. Have a nice day :smiley:

    I have always had a problem staying disciplined because everytime I try to diet I do it alone, it is so hard to do. I'm 20 and weigh 250, I started at 268 back in march, I want to possibly get down to 190.

    We all get into falling back into what we're used to. Changing routine is hard and that temptation will always be around. But your will will get stronger and it'll become easier. C:
