Black coffee only, or coffee with coconut milk. No dairy allowed. I don't remember the stance on almond milk, but no soy milk.0

Dairy I know. What coconut milk is allowed?0
-
Anything unsweetened. I liked using the canned stuff - I'd put it in the fridge and just scoop off the solidified cream.0

I did every day! I just blended it with some coconut oil and I STILL drink it with coconut oil even though I haven't done the program since January!
Feel free to friend me!0 -
What about almond milk? Is that allowed?0

Almond milk is not permitted unless it's home made.
Just look on the Whole30 site and you'll get all the info!0 -
I started out my Whole30 using coconut milk and somewhere along the 30 days I started drinking my coffee black. I've ALWAYS been a cream in my coffee gal so it came as quite a surprise that I enjoy it black now.0
