Mine is two scoops of GNC Go Lean 25 with a banana, tablespoon of PB2 and crushed ice. What's yours?

Currently I'm using Sunwarrior Classic Wholegrain Brown Rice Protein Powder. I have had a lot of GI issues with multiple other protein powders and this one is the easiest for me to digest. I like that is is low in sodium which is something that is high in a lot of protein powders.

2 scoops of nutrabiotic brown rice protien powder (vanilla), vanilla extract, ice and OJ. Tastes like a creamsicle.

Meat before shakes. When I drink a shake, it's a simple one scoop of an affordable, good tasting whey blend with cold milk or water. Doesn't have to be rocket science.

GNC Lean 25 has a creamsicle flavor. I haven't tried it but I heard it's really good.

I didn't know GNC had one. I'll check it out.

This sounds really good, although I would have to chew a lactaid pill before consuming it first. :)
